I have made up my mind and I refuse to post my own 5 cents regarding the topic of homosexuality in the context of Christian faith and church life!
My reasons:
1. I have not walked in those shoes and I believe it's more honest to confess that I don't know the first thing about it.
2. There are others who have expressed their views much more eloquently than I ever could and I would rather refer to them if you are curious to find out what I feel are appropriate ways to engage in a conversation about it.
3. I have seen it happen too many times that an ideological battle ensues between commenters from different "camps" and convictions with no real intentions to listen to each other or learn from each other.
4. It's a wonderful opportunity to be unique in the way of (at least for for once) not following in the deep tracks of the blogosphere herd.
